Domaine Debray
Domaine Debray is a winery specialized in the production and marketing of Burgundy wines.
Our wines are the expression of "terroir" of a vintage and of the "savoir-faire" of
Michel Roucher Sarrazin who directs the pruning of the vines and the vinification and barrel
ageing of the wines.
Location
Located in the heart of Burgundy, Beaune is a very beautiful fortified town constructed in the
middle ages to protect the inhabitants from the danger of the open country of the period:
thieves, invaders etc...
Située au coeur de Beaune, La Maison Yvonnick DEBRAY est une Maison Beaunoise spécialisée dans la production et la commercialisation de vins de Bourgogne.
Les raisins sont ramassés mûrs et vendangés manuellement dans de petites caissettes, triés à la vigne et sur table de trie en cuverie.
La vinification et l'élevage des vins blancs s'effectuent sur lie (sans levurage) sur fûts neufs.
La vinification de nos vins rouges s'effectue en cuve et l'élevage sur lie 100% fût neuf.
L’élevage de nos vins s’effectue en moyenne de 12 à 18 mois avec un taux de S02 très faible.
La maison commercialise exclusivement ses vins en bouteilles.

Our story, our passion
The Besancenot Family making remarkable wines at affordable prices, Bernard and his children, Dominique and Thérèse, are the artisans of a long and fantastic heritage.
The Besancenot family’s winery has its roots in 1850, and ever since, for over five generations, we have been making wine from the first and finest grapes that are locally grown in Beaune.
We are committed to our terrors and respect the unique qualities of varietals of each soil and each vineyard. Our 12 different appellations are planted within 8 hectares and include six of the noblest grape varieties: among them Pinot Noir for the red wines; Chardonnay and Aligoté for the white wines.
We respect the pioneering spirit and know-how of our ancestors and blend traditional methods of work with the newest technologies.
Vigneron depuis 1850
Vigneron depuis 5 générations, la famille Besancenot a exploité les premières vignes en 1850, à Beaune, en Bourgogne.
Bernard et ses enfants, Dominique et Thérèse, sont aujourd’hui les artisans de ce formidable héritage.
La famille est attachée et fidèle au terroir. La typicité de chaque parcelle est respectée ; les 12 appellations réparties sur 10 hectares sont issues de cépages nobles, 100 % Pinot Noir pour les Rouges et le Rosé, Chardonnay ou Aligoté pour les Blancs.
Respectueux du savoir-faire transmis depuis toutes ces générations, les méthodes de travail restent traditionnelles sans négliger pour autant les nouvelles technologies.
Le travail de cette famille de viticulteurs est reconnu aujourd’hui dans le monde entier.
Les vins sont exportés en Angleterre, au Japon, en Europe... et maintes récompenses dans les tastevinages sont obtenues ainsi que des parutions et recommandations dans les guides internationaux.
