Domaine Fourrey et Fils
Domaine Fourrey et Fils is a family estate of 20 hectares with 18 in production in the heart of Chablisian.
The estate is going through their fourth generation from father to son.
Since 1992, Jean-luc is in charge of the wine-making with his parents after his studies in Lycéee de Beaune, where he obtained a degree in techniques winemaking.
One of is major objective , when he came back after school, was to improve the selling of bottles .
Before his returning, almost the totality of the wine was selling to the wine-merchant.
Now, you can find us in differents wine exhibition in France (Lyon, Paris, Nancy, Annemasse, Grenoble)
In 1998, we built a tasting cellar open to the public and also profesionnal. We can receive some groups up to 50 people.
Domaine Mongeard Mugneret
The village of Vosne Romanée entered in the Burgundy history in 636. Il was at the beginning of the 16th century that we first noted the name Mongeard in the registry. Since then and threw all the generations, the family is committed to their passion : Vine and Wine.
The Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret, renamed since 1945, now operates, in the purist of the burgundy tradition, a large vineyard, from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune, from Marsannay to the south of Dijon to Puligny-Montrachet, including all the most prestigious villages of the Côte : Gevrey-Chambertin, Vougeot, Nuits Saint Georges and Savigny les Beaune, the centre of the exploitation remaining in Vosne Romanée.

Marylène et Philippe SORIN - Vignerons de père en fils depuis 1577.
C'est au cœur du Vignoble Auxerrois, dans un ancien Relais de Poste du XVIIIème Siècle,
que Marylène et Philippe SORIN, issus d'une grande famille de vignerons cultive, tout en perpétuant la tradition, le noble art de la Vigne et du Vin en appliquant les technologies modernes de vinification.
La diligence de Casanova y changea de chevaux en Juin 1750. De retour de l'Ile d'Elbe, Napoléon 1er s'y est arrêté le 17 Mars 1815.
Alexandre Dumas y séjournait, invité par le notaire Charpillon, adjoint au maire de saint Bris qui fut son agent électoral.
Célèbre ou inconnu, vous serez accueillis tous les jours de 8h à 20h. Visites des caves et du vignobles sur rendez-vous (jusqu'a 60 personnes).
Château Bonnet
Le vignoble de Château Bonnet est situé dans la partie sud de la Bourgogne sud et dans le nord du Beaujolais, à 12 Km de Mâcon . Les Crus Chénas Juliénas et Moulin à Vent sont cultivés sur les coteaux ensoleillés des monts du Beaujolais, sur des sols granitiques de sables, graves et alluvions
